The Phoenix Pastificio was founded in 1995 on Shattuck Avenue in Berkeley, and still services 150 restaurants and stores throughout the Bay Area with Fresh Organic Pasta, Sauces, Handmade Ravioli, Bread, and Pastries, made daily on their premises. While machines now help to produce their pasta, bread and cookie doughs, Phoenix Pastificio’s ravioli, sauces, and many baked goods are done by hand.
