These Miewa kumquat are a varietal of the mandarinquat a cross between and mandarin and a kumquat, which has led to slightly larger and sweeter fruit with plenty of juice.  If you're into mostly sweet but also tart fruit, this is a great one to eat out-of-hand, but it also lends itself to preserving, juicing or zesting.
