Lee Nova mandarins are a hybrid citrus variety- a cross between Lee and Nova mandarins, and frequency called "Super Nova", as they are exceptionally sweet and flavorful, with just a touch of acidity to balance the high sugar levels.
They are a large mandarins, with loose skin that is easy to peel, and a lovely bright orange skin.
