Grassfields Organic CheeseIs a fifth generation, family-owned and operated farm in Coopersville, Michigan. Their family has been farming the same land since 1882, to say they know a thing or two about cows is an understatement. For decades they specialized in organic, grass-fed meat but in 2001 they introduced cheese making. Today they successfully make an array of decadent, organic cheeses prepared from raw, non-gmo, grass fed cows. Their Fair Gras or triple crème cheddar is a must for any occasion.
