To prevent interruptions to your delivery service, Albert & Eve will re-charge your account for one additional box when you have zero deliveries remaining. Please be sure to notify us if you would like to freeze deliveries or cancel your subscription. All such requests should be sent by email to info@alberteve.com no later than 72 hours after to your last delivery.
Joining Albert & Eve Organics is fast, simple and commitment free. We do not believe in locking a member into a service that he or she no longer wants. That's why Albert & Eve Organics is a weekly service with no long-term commitments.
A member may choose to "freeze" his/her account for period of up to 2 months. This is a great option for those who travel and or want a break from deliveries for any reason. A freeze request must be made by email at least 72 hours prior to delivery day.
Please send all freeze requests to info@alberteve.com and be sure to include your contact information. Please call to confirm if you do not receive an email confirmation within 72 hours of sending your request.
Albert & Eve does not issue refunds once an order or order renewal has been created. Members who do not wish to renew their membership should notify us via phone or email at least 72 hours prior to delivery day.
