Albert & Eve Organics Policies and Subscription Terms:

Automatic Renewals:

Albert & Eve Organics offers two subscription options as well as the option to order single deliveries as needed. When placing an order you are prompted to set your delivery frequency as Weekly with Automatic Renewal, Every Other Week with Automatic Renewal, or One Time Only. Unless One Time Only is chosen you are added to our subscription list based on your weekly or every other week preference and an order will be created for you according to these preferences unless we receive a request by email to skip or cancel an order. If you no longer wish to receive automatic deliveries or need to skip a week simply send an email to info@alberteve.com and we will take care of your request.

Ordering Window:

Albert & Eve Organics lets our members customize the contents of the Essential Mixed and Deluxe Mixed boxes. We update our website every Wednesday at noon to reflect the choices for our Mixed boxes available for delivery the following week. Members have from Wednesday noon until Friday 9 a.m. to place a new customization order reflecting their choices for the following Monday through Friday delivery cycle. Every Friday at 9 a.m. we lock the choices for the week when we begin to process everyone's order and finalize our order from the farms. Any order placed after we close the customization window may not be delivered during that current week but on occasion we do receive extras from the farm and we are able to deliver. To be sure send us an email at info@alberteve.com to confirm your delivery date.

Changing Subscription Preferences:

When placing your first order you will be prompted to select a box type, box size and delivery frequency. If placing an order with a Weekly or Every Other Week Delivery Frequency you are then added to our subscription list based on these preferences. If you wish to make a change to any of these three options please send an email to info@alberteve.com referencing the name on the account and your new preferences and we will make the appropriate changes to our subscription list. You can also send an email to us if you need to update your dislikes and food allergies list as this field is only available to you when you initially create an account.

Cancellation and Refund Policy:

Albert & Eve Organics has a 72-hour cancellation policy. We process and charge for all renewal orders beginning Sunday at noon for delivery the following Monday through Friday delivery cycle. If you request to skip a renewal delivery that has already been processed with more than 72-hours notice your order will be refunded in full via a store credit. If a skip or cancellation request is received with less than 72-hours notice we reserve the right to only credit your account for 50% of the total price. We have the Thursday noon to Sunday noon order window in place so that we can order and process the proper amounts of fresh, local, and organic produce from our suppliers and reduce waste. We thank you for your cooperation!

Replacement Policy:

We do our absolute best to provide top quality local and organic produce to our customers and we quality control every fruit and veggie that we deliver. On the rare occasion that a portion reaches you in an unsatisfactory condition it is our policy to replace that portion in a future delivery. We ask that you send us an email to let us know of the issue as this helps us to continue offering the best quality produce possible and address any issue as necessary. (Photos always welcome!) Then simply leave us a note in the order comments of a future delivery indicating your replacement preferences.

Weekly Print and Email Newsletters:

Once you create an account at alberteve.com or place an order with us your email address is added to our newsletter subscriber list. You can unsubscribe from the weekly newsletter at any time by clicking the unsubcribe link at the bottom of the email. Every Thursday afternoon we send our our weekly newsletter announcing the contents of the Mixed Boxes for delivery the following week. To customize your order you can follow the link within the newsletter and place a new order through our website. We also use this newsletter to communicate any important announcements and we also provide a print newsletter on the back of your delivery's packing slip.
